Thousand Oaks Engagement + Southern California Bride Feature!
Engagement season has me feelin’ all sorts of things. I am so excited to meet all you pretties this year and hear your love stories. It literally makes my heart happy.
So to get us all in the mood, here’s a proposal shoot I got to be apart of last summer that had us hiking up all sorts of LA mountains. Cheese cake (literally cubes of cheese) + calligraphy on grape leaves + florals to die for. It was pretty in every way.
My favorite east coast film photographer TBM Photography partnered up with Landino Photo to pull off this stunner. Bringing together my fellow Temecula favorite, Phoenix Feathers Calligraphy, and the insanely talented LA based florist, La Petite Gardenia, we knew this was going to be special. We climbed boulders, scaled mountains, escaped a few rattle snakes and set up the most beautiful picnic this field ever did see. And by rattle snakes, I mean real rattle snakes. Don’t try this at home.
Whether your engagement story is simple + sweet or elaborate + dramatic, I can’t wait to hear it all. It’s so fun knowing that your fiancés creativity gets to shine… all followed by a YES!
