Brooke + Tommy's Vibrant Disco Wedding at Higuera Ranch!
Love was in full bloom as Brooke and Tommy exchanged their vows at the breathtaking Higuera Ranch in the charming city of San Luis Obispo, California. It was one big party, full of disco vibes and pops of bright color! I will forever be filled with the best memories of this weekend and just how much damn fun these two have!
Higuera Ranch is filled with rustic charm and we brought some boogie to the ranch. Their ceremony was set in the rolling hills with the most beautiful stunning landscape as the backdrop. I had this crazy idea to put ghost chairs in this empty field, to have fun juxtaposition to the natural surroundings. Our deconstructed arch by Native Poppy was all fun and play. It was full of vibrant pinks, magenta’s, oranges, and ombre’d to perfection.
The floral arrangements and decor were a testament to Brooke + Tommy's vibrant personalities and their love for all things beautiful and FUN. The color palette featured pinks, oranges, and reds, with a tad pit of disco thrown in. Cocktail hour showed off some fun signage by Wildhouse Ink. We had bright custom cocktail napkins, vibrant bar signage, a cute welcome sign and bright phone for guests to leave voicemails on, and the best of all… a seating chart that really was nostalgic and took us back to the disco days. Everything about Brooke and Tommy were all fun and personality and bringing it all to life is something I will never forget. They are a vibe and their wedding was nothing short of one too!
For the reception, we had a black and white checkered dance floor that just popped against the rustic barn. The tables danced with bright florals and colorful plates and glassware. The menus were lighthearted too! We had the cutest lounge nearby for anyone that wanted to still feel like they were part of the party, but take a break from the dance floor.
They partied hard and sang from the top of their lungs from the loft of the barn, overlooking their guests on the dance floor. They popped champagne at their cute champagne tower, full of pink champagne coupes. It was magical in every way!
