About Kelsey

For over a decade Kelsey Rae has been planning events around the globe and has quickly become a destination for thoughtfully designed and planned weddings and events. Creating multi-day experiences, tailored weddings and a seamless planning process, Kelsey Rae’s team works closely with each client to create a customized experience.

Having executed over 450 weddings and events, her work has been featured in more than 50 publications, including People Magazine, BRIDES, The Huffington Post, Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes, 100 Layer Cake, Wedding Chicks, and others. She has had the privilege of working with high-profile clients such as Bachelor Nation contestants, The Voice contestants, movie and television producers, MLB players, influencers, politicians, and country music stars.

When Kelsey Rae is not meticulously crafting unforgettable weddings, you’ll find her spending time with her labradoodle, Luna, exploring new corners of the globe (She has traveled to 41 countries and counting!), dreaming up home projects for her talented husband to do, and indulging in the search for the perfect French 75.

Her passion for what she does is unparalleled. Above all, she remains deeply committed to celebrating love in all its forms and celebrating life's biggest milestones.

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in Full Service Wedding Planning + Design. We come alongside you to plan from start to finish, ensuring we book the most experienced vendor team. With help from budget management, to vendor curation, to design boards and more, we will handle it all. We put together a detailed design plan and take care of all vendor communication. We dive deep into making it a unique day for the two of you.

Only accepting a limited amount of Full Service clients a year.

FULL EVENT DESIGN & COORDINATION

15% OF OVERALL EVENT BUDGET

This includes all managed vendors: Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Venue, Catering, Stationery/Signage, Rentals, Officiant, Hair + Make Up, Dessert, Transportation and any other vendor contracts we are in charge of booking/managing.

LABOR- $500/ assistant

This covers the labor on the wedding day and will be adjusted if guest count and/or scope increases.

Pre Post Events

Depending on scope, we'll adjust the production fee accordingly and include any vendor contracts for these events in our overall percentage, if you’d like our help with this!
